Is the price per service, per group, or per user?

For most services, your ECEDocs subscription is simple and depends on the number of services you operate.  Unlimited user access and support is included.Pricing is different if you operate a larger group and need additional tools to manage your policies, or require multiple policy sets because you operate under multiple governance structures or license types.

What is included in setup?

When you join ECEDocs, you'll complete a short questionnaire to tell us about your service. This is so we can select the right policies for your needs.Your policy set can be accessed when you first log in. During the onboarding process, you'll choose from our standard wording, or add your own.  Usually leaders set aside a few hours each week for a few weeks to complete this work.When you join, you can book a session with our team to help you get started.  Plus we'll review any changes you make to check for compliance.

What happens during the 7-day trial?

When you sign up to the trial, you'll get access to a trimmed-down version of education and care policies. We're also happy to share Kōhanga Reo or home-based policies if this is a better fit for you.Your trial site is a sandbox for you to try the platform. We won't review the work that you do.When your trial is over, you'll lose access to the site.  You can get in touch with our team if you would like to request an extension or more information.

Are there charges for additional tailoring or support?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything is included in your subscription price.That includes unlimited support, policy updates, reviews, and document storage.  And we're always working with our community to add more features.

How does cancellation work?

If you're not happy with ECEDocs, we'll do our best to find a way to fix things.  If you decide to cancel in the first month, we'll offer you a full refund.

Can I pay monthly or quarterly?

Not yet. We're working on new payment terms as we know services can face funding challenges.  We do our best to help, so if you want to sign up but cash flow is difficult this month, we can often make something work.
